• Weekly rates reflect 7-night stays.
• Holiday weeks (including 4th of July) are priced separately.
• Stays shorter than one week may be accommodated depending on season and availability — please inquire for custom pricing.
• A $275 cleaning fee applies to all stays.
• Rates listed are for direct bookings and may vary on third-party platforms due to service fees.
• A refundable security deposit may be required.
• Minnesota lodging taxes may apply.
• Check-in and check-out times will be provided upon confirmation.
• Primary renter must be 25+ years of age.

Seasonal rates are defined as follows:

• Spring: April 1 – May 31

• Summer: June 1 – thru Labor Day.

• Fall: Labor Day – October 31

• Winter: November 1 – March 31
